God of Thunder is an EP by White Zombie, released in 1989 by Caroline Records. It was the band's first release with Jay Yuenger on guitar. EP contains "God of Thunder", a Kiss song originally from their 1976 album Destroyer, and "Disaster Blaster II", a reworked version of "Disaster Blaster" from their 1989 album Make Them Die Slowly.

Twilight of the Thunder God is the seventh studio album by the Swedish melodic death metal band Amon Amarth. Twilight of the Thunder God was released in September 2008. It is based on Thor's slaying of the serpent Jörmungandr. In anticipation of this album, there was a series of studio diaries in the form of vlogs that discussed the recording process of this album in the studio. There were six vlogs recorded. The first focused on Fredrik Andersson recording the drums.

Later that year, the band released their first full-length album, Soul-Crusher, which was their first release to feature sound clips from movies in the songs, a signature that would continue for the remainder of the band's lifespan. In 1988, the band signed to Caroline Records, permanently discontinuing their own indie label. After completing their first . tour in June 1988, Tom Guay was asked to leave the band. However, Zombie opted for a recording contract with Geffen Records. Michael Alago, a representative of Geffen, became interested after hearing God of Thunder and watched one of their shows at Pyramid Club and liked them, mostly for their song "Soul-Crusher"

The set contains a remaster of every album and . released officially by White Zombie from 1985 to 1996, including six non-album songs, on four discs. However, not every song the band recorded can be found here: notably absent are "Black Friday" and "Dead or Alive", the two songs added to the 1989 cassette re-release of Gods on Voodoo Moon. The Crusher is the third full-length studio album by Swedish death metal band Amon Amarth. It was released on May 8, 2001 through Metal Blade Records. The album was also released on the Double LP and Picture LP versions on June 29, 2007 which were hand-counted and limited to only 500 copies.
