Crazy! Someone paid about $75 dollars for this CD ! I cannot believe how collectable this stuff got. If you really look at where Subsanity came from, Paul's Valley,OKIt's a very obscure town in a state with the most obscure grindcore scene ever.

One of the last albums ever released by the notoriously shitty/awesome Wild Rags Records. Getting this CD made was a major headache when we found out that the CD covers were to be supplied by the band. Back then a CD booklet cost a shit load of $$ so we supplied Wild Rags withe our CD booklets that we made on the cheap at a copy shop. We told the label we wanted the disc packaged like ac7 inch record in 5" poly sleeve so we wouldn't have to pay more for bthe CD tray card.We eventually received a spool of 100 to 200 Subsanity discs as our payment from Wild Rags to license our music. It wasn't too long after this CD was made that Wild Rags went bankrupt and the owner went to jail for a long time for some kind of fraud. So the disc didn't make it out to very many metalheads before the label went belly up. That being said it was still an honor (somewhat) to be associated to the label as some great bands had similar licensening deals with WRR, the most noteworthy being Order From Chaos,Gammacide, Emperor, Blasphemy, Impetigo etc. This collection of Subsanity's first five years is kinda shitty like a lot of Wild Rags Records releases, raw and murky demos recorded on the fly at unsuspecting gospel recording studios across OKC, haphazard and questionable mixes that make one say WTF? Nowadays someone has done research and deemed it a collectors item and it just went up $10! February 28,2019 Michael Standridge Subsanity
