Betty Bennett (born October 23, 1921) is an American jazz singer. Her first major signing was with the Claude Thornhill band in 1946, the band in which her husband, bassist Iggy Shevak, was playing. Shortly after her husband left to join Alvino Rey, Bennett followed him there. In 1949, she joined Charlie Ventura's band before going on to join Benny Goodman in 1959. Her second album featured arrangements by Shorty Rogers and her second husband, André Previn. Bennett later married guitarist Mundell Lowe.

Betty Blue (August 14, 1931 in West Memphis, Arkansas – August 23, 2000) was an American model and actress and was Playboy magazine's Playmate of the Month for the November 1956 issue. Her centerfold was photographed by Hal Adams. A self-described nudist, Blue was a showgirl at the El Rancho Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas before becoming a Playmate, and posed for other men's magazines before and after joining the Playboy family.

Betty Bennett (October 23, 1921) is an American jazz singer. Born in Lincoln, Nebraska, as a child, she hoped to become an opera singer, studying voice and piano. Her direction was changed when, by way of records, her mother introduced her to the music of Duke Ellington and Count Basie. Loving what she heard of these jazz musicians, Betty quickly became proficient in jazz singing, displaying a natural talent for the form.
