Magma (reissued under the name Kobaïa) is the debut album by progressive rock or "zeuhl" group Magma, which was released as a double-LP in 1970. The Phantom Lord Guild (幽鬼の支配者(ファントムロード) Fantomu Rōdo) was one of the strongest guilds in Earth Land, before its disbandment. Phantom Lord, unlike most other guilds, possessed multiple buildings and branches, one of its representative bases was situated in Oak Town, and its real headquarters was located in the countryside again not far from Oak Town. Geoffrey, former Guild Master of Blue Skull and Phantom Lord's founder, decided to create the guild in the year X686

The first 10 years of Magma were celebrated on three memorable evenings in June 1980 at the Olympia theatre in Paris. Issued first, Retrospektïẁ 3 comprises 3 titles Retrovision, a long piece in the style of the album Attahk, in which the vocalists Stella Vander, Guy Khalifa and Maria Popkiewicz turn in a blazing performance over a driving rhythm section; a supercharged version of Hhai, in which the trio Lockwood, Paganotti, Widemann works miracles; and finally La Dawotsin, where, in a more muted register, the voice of Christian Vander triumphs through its mastery and profound sensibility.
