The album's title is a play on the Dwight Yoakam album Hillbilly Deluxe. Zombie's debut effort met with considerable success and featured numerous popular singles, in particular, "Dragula" and "Living Dead Girl.
Rob Zombie (born Robert Bartleh Cummings; January 12, 1965) is an American musician and filmmaker who rose to fame as a founding member of the heavy metal band White Zombie, releasing four studio albums with the band. He is the older brother of Spider One, lead vocalist for American rock band Powerman 5000.
