Out of print in the . UK-based World/Dance collective's 1998 album. For fans of Eastern Dub Tactik. The lineup may have changed, but Rejoice Rejoice continues Transglobal Underground's explorations in cross-cultural derangement, and their spectrum is spread even wider than before. Mixing Eastern, African, and Gypsy elements with trip hop, dancehall, ambient, and underground dance cultures is no mean feat, but, like a three ring circus, TG manage this unlikely marriage with panache, conscience, and good humor.
Not exactly the most radio-friendly act in the world, Transglobal Underground goes for a highly adventurous and quirky blend of club and world music on the rhythmic Rejoice, Rejoice. Underground has a very East-meets-West outlook - dance music, reggae, electronica, funk, and hip-hop are combined with elements of Indian, Middle Eastern, and African music.

The group toured Europe supporting Robert Plant and Jimmy Page. Towards the end of 2009 Transglobal Underground took a break from their live schedule to work on a new project which was released in May 2010 as an album entitled 'A Gathering of Strangers' under the name . an acronym of Urban Native Integrated Traditions of Europe). Drawing traditional sources from all across Europe, the album contains performances by artists from the UK, Poland, Bulgaria, the Czech Republic, Ireland, Hungary, France and Denmark.
