About JAMES KNIGHT & THE BUTLERS James Knight was born in Miami, Florida where he started playing drums around the early age of 2 years old and went on to become a member of a Caribbean band at the early age of 6 years old. Around the age of fourteen he began to pick up the guitar that his younger brother Leslie L. Lewis had purchase from a music store in the downtown area of Miami, Florida

James Knight recorded the album the " BLACK KNIGHT " in the mid 1970"s which wasnt's release in that era because he (James Knight) was told by T K Productions recording Studio that he was ahead of his time like 20 years. ahead of his time James Knight & the Butlers only made this one album (The Black Knight) in the mid seventies and. then went on to other things.
