Golden Hour is the fourth studio album by American country music singer and songwriter Kacey Musgraves, released on March 30, 2018, through MCA Nashville. Musgraves co-wrote all 13 tracks and co-produced the album with Daniel Tashian and Ian Fitchuk. The album debuted at number four on the US Billboard 200. Golden Hour received widespread acclaim from critics, winning in all four of its nominated categories at the 61st Grammy Awards, including Album of the Year and Best Country Album.

Golden is the fourteenth studio album by Kylie Minogue. It was released on 6 April 2018 by Darenote Limited and BMG. A large portion of the record was recorded in Nashville, Tennessee, where she found new inspiration with its music, and also recorded some material in London and Los Angeles, California. The album was co-produced by Kylie, alongside a variety of producers including Ash Howes, Richard "Biff" Stannard, Sky Adams, Alex Smith, and Mark Taylor, among others

A music video for "Golden" was released on 28 May 2018, with Minogue later confirming the track as the third single from the album. A day later, the song impacted Italian radio stations.

The album title Golden Hour additionally refers to the town of Golden, Texas, the birthplace of Kacey Musgraves, and the location of the photoshoot for this album art. This photo was taken by Musgraves' sister, photographer Kelly Christine Sutton on their family’s land in Golden, Texas. The idea to use a paper fan was Musgrave’s, who also did her own hair and makeup for the photoshoot. Sutton said of the photo.
