Michael Brecker is the debut album by American saxophonist Michael Brecker. It was released on the Impulse! record label in 1987. The album was issued in two versions: LP record and CD. The CD version has a bonus track.
When I saw this CD I just assumed someone had repackaged more of her music from back in the day. Imagine my surprise to find out it was Beverly Bremers alive and well and recording again after about 40 years. The voice is no longer that of a lovestruck kid, but a fully mature woman, which gives "Don't Say You Don't Remember" less urgency but more poignancy
