Have you heard about Jesus Volt yet? If not, that's a pity, but not to worry, now is the perfect time to be introduced to this group of four outstanding musicians who are proud to present their latest album, Vaya con Dildo! At the forefront of Jesus Volt is Lord Tracy (vocals, harmonica, various throat noises) then there is El Tao (on all kinds of guitars), Fuzzy Bear (with his heavy bass sound) and Holy Bear (lively on the drums). Beginning with their first album released in 2000, Jesus Volt's first opus, "Always Drunk, Never Sad", positioned the group as part of the New Rock Blues genre. In 2003, after having met Jean Marie Aerts (Arno, Beverly Jo Scott, Urban Dance Squad), they recorded "Electro Button Funky Coxxx" with this artistic director who led them across their musical boundaries resulting to a flirtation with electro and funk.

Jesus never took the Nazirite vow. Christ’s first miracle of turning water into wine at the wedding at Cana almost certainly involved a fermented beverage. According to Jewish wedding tradition, fermented wine was always served at weddings; if Jesus had provided only grape juice, the master of the feast would have complained. The Greek word for drunk in John 2:10 is methuo, which means to be drunken or intoxicated. It is the same word used in Acts 2:15 where Peter is defending the apostles against accusations of drunkenness. The testimony of the master of the feast is that the wine Christ produced was able to intoxicate. Jesus was never a drunkard, any more than He was a glutton. The Passover celebration would also have commonly included fermented wine.

Album Epic Garden Music. Things We Never Did Lyrics. We would be ashes We would be silent and old We would be wisdom We would be left in the cold. When we were dancing I saw the look in your eyes Now we are strangers Lost in a sea full of sighs. We would be traitors We would forget we were young We would be helpless We are the kingdom to come. If misery loves company, sometimes there's no better friend than a really good, really sad song. If misery loves company, sometimes there’s no better friend than a really good, really sad song. It assures you that you’re not alone, that someone else has felt this pain and turned it into a gift for you. Locking yourself in your bedroom to listen to mopey music isn’t just wallowing. It’s allowing the grief a place to breathe, allowing you to experience the pain in its fullness and hopefully come out the other side. We need sad songs for the comfort they can provide. Bernie Taupin captured this sentiment best and hid it in a jaunty little pop song by Elton John
