Passion - Disc 1. –Luis De Córdoba. Duende - From Traditional Masters To Gypsy Rock (The Passion & Dazzling Virtuosity Of Flamenco) (3xCD, Comp + Box).
Duende is a fantastic collection of Flamenco music. The traditional (1st CD) has some amazing performances and is very well recorded. Listen to "El Rio de Me Sevilla"; wonderful guitar and some amazing singing. The second CD features flamenco guitar perfoemances. virtuousity is a given. absolutely first rate performances from the best guitarists. I have only one complaint. The grand father of Flamenco is not on the disc. Carlos Montoya should be be represented. Disc three is the biggest surprise. The modern treatment of Flamenco worked v ery well. The sould of Flamenco remains while.
Gypsy Passion: New Flamenco. This collection of new flamenco was selected largely from a number of recordings on Narada. The new flamenco movement ignores the aspects of song and dance that are the bulk of traditional flamenco and instead focuses solely on guitar virtuosity. As such, there's some outstanding guitar work here from a number of worthwhile players. New flamenco standard players such as Ottmar Liebert and Strunz & Farah make predictable appearances, multiculturalist Govi makes a stand at a slightly slower pace, and Willie & Lobo combine for an inspired duet in "Rockin' Gypsies

Flamenco (Spanish pronunciation: ), in its strictest sense, is a professionalized art-form based on the various folkloric music traditions of southern Spain in the autonomous community of Andalusia. In a wider sense, it refers to these musical traditions and more modern musical styles which have themselves been deeply influenced by and become blurred with the development of flamenco over the past two centuries.
Acoustic Flamenco Gypsy Rock. Studying the field of Astrotheology has, amongst other information, enabled a great understanding of music played in 432Hz. A song in 432Hz from my album 'Amazing Days'. Acoustic Flamenco Gypsy Rock.
The Flamenco is a Spanish-Sevillian gypsy, (also Sevillian or Sevillanas is a non-formal folk dance from Andalucía, Spain but the Sevillanas is believed to be of the older Castilian folk dance called the Seguidillas). The Gypsy is not alone in the creation of the Flamenco but played a major part . The 'Golden Age' of Flamenco was around 1869-1910 in the cafes and nightclubs (cafés cantantes) and the more serious form being called 'cante jondo' or 'deep song'. La Argentina was one of the first to put Flamenco on stage. The Flamenco has strict rhythmic rules one must follow to achieve the correct look. The 'paso de Sevillanas' is known as the standard or basic Sevillana step.
