Daryl Hall & John Oates - No Goodbyes mp3 album

No Goodbyes is a 1977 collection by Hall & Oates. It is a "Best of" compilation of their first three Atlantic Records recordings. No Goodbyes was released after the duo left Atlantic and joined RCA Records, and after Atlantic had achieved a Top 10 hit with a re-release of "She's Gone" (included here). It contains three new songs: "Love You Like a Brother," "It's Uncanny," and "I Want to Know You for a Long Time. The latter two of these were later released on The Atlantic Collection.

Daryl Hall & John Oates. Released after the success of their first RCA album, No Goodbyes is a compilation of their three Atlantic albums and includes three unreleased tracks. No Goodbyes concisely sums up the high points of the duo's early years (in particular with the soaring single "She's Gone"), and confirms the fact that Hall and Oates were still developing their signature style.

Daryl Hall and John Oates, often referred to as Hall & Oates, are an American pop rock duo. Daryl Hall is generally the lead vocalist; John Oates primarily plays electric guitar and provides backing vocals. The two write most of the songs they perform, separately or in collaboration. They achieved their greatest fame from the late 1970s to the mid-1980s with a fusion of rock and roll and rhythm and blues.

Daryl Hall & John Oates (album). Daryl Hall & John Oates is the self-titled fourth studio album by American pop music duo Hall & Oates. The album was released on August 18, 1975, by RCA Records. It is sometimes referred to as The Silver Album because of its metallic glam rock style cover. The cover was made by Pierre LaRoche, the same artist who created Ziggy Stardust for the rock-singer David Bowie.

Great compilation to know the carrer of Hall & Oates, before the big success of 80's hits (Maneater, I Can Go For That, etc). more into soul/pop, with the caracteristic 70's mood. Rispondi Avvertimi Helpful. The rest of the album is pretty good though. Rispondi Avvertimi 2 Helpful.
