Fox is the debut album by the band of the same name released in 1975. The cover photography was by Gered Mankowitz. Songwriter Kenny Young had worked off and on with the Australian singer Susan Traynor on one of his solo albums, Last Stage For Silverworld, where she was listed as 'Amanda'

The early '80s were not a particularly focused time in Elton John's career. The Fox (1981) is a reflection of the tentative regrouping that began on his previous effort, 21 at 33 (1979). In fact, a third of the material was left over from the same August 1979 sessions. This results in dithering musical styles and ultimately yields an uneven and at times somewhat dated sound. The reunion with Bernie Taupin (lyrics) that commenced on 21 at 33 is once again sparsely tapped.

Seriously, Fox Day is the best day of the year. The president of Rollins picks a random day in the spring. No one (and I mean NO ONE) knows when it will be. Early in the morning, a statue of The Fox is placed in the center of campus signifying that all classes are cancelled for the day. Shenanigans commence. But today is Fox Day at my alma mater, Rollins College – so I decided that although I didn’t crack my first beer at 6:30AM, I had to at least see the ocean today. Not exactly a picture perfect beach day, but it was a nice day for my first post-concussion run.

This album is the second album for them and their album release will be since almost 2 years from the last one. The album will be released in three types ; The first limited version, the regular version, and the official fan club・THE ONE limited version. The first limited version includes special DVD.
