dEUS - Vantage Point mp3 album
Is A Robot" could have been featured on any "dEUS" album without any problem. But this is the problem. The final part of this album is also less interesting. Smokers Reflect" and the soft "The Vanishing Of Maria Schneider" are just average songs. IMO, this album is a non-event. Good at best but no more.
Vantage Point offers more than their recent over-serious, grunge-lite product: with its unexpected changes of pace, unnoticed slips from riff to groove and unfathomable lyrics. This might even be the thin edge of the wedge that heralds the return of prog rock. This work is licensed under a Creative Commons Licence.
Vantage Point is dEUS' second album after singer Tom Barman and t Klaas Janzoons reconvened the band with a new lineup in 2005, but unlike 2006's Pocket Revolution, which found the duo flirting with Coldplay-style dad rock, this set finds dEUS artfully balancing their experimental and pop tendencies as they did on fine mid-period albums like In a Ba. Always an underrated band, dEUS have surprisingly made a strong return to form with Vantage Point.
Vantage Point is the fifth studio album by Belgian rock band Deus, released on April 18, 2008. This is the first Deus album which features the same line-up as the previous album. This album was also the first to be recorded at their own built studio in Borgerhout, near Antwerp. Upon its release in Belgium Vantage Point was already certified Gold, then reached Platinum within its first month release.

Album: dEUS, Vantage Point (V2). Thursday 17 April 2008 16:42. The accolade of being Belgium’s Top Band sounds like something of a back-handed compliment – and following the recent rise of Soulwax, indie-prog outfit dEUS may not even have sole claim on that distinction. And to be honest, Vantage Point doesn’t quite merit it, either. It’s not bad as such, just lacking the distinctive character to set it apart from the hordes of generic indie bands
Worst Case Scenario is the debut studio album by Belgian rock band Deus released in 1994. The cover art was designed by guitarist Rudy Trouvé.
