Quazar is the debut album from the band Quazar. The band was led by former P-Funk vocalist Glenn Goins, who also served as the producer and arranger of the album. Goins died before the album's release, effectively sealing the group's fate. The album was released by Arista Records in the fall of 1978, after Funkadelic's One Nation Under A Groove but before Parliament (band)'s Motor Booty Affair, that same year. The album also features contributions from former P-Funk drummer Jerome Brailey.

QUAZAR is a funk music artist. The album was released by Arista Records in the fall of 1978. Both Glenn Goins and Jerome Brailey were inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame with c. The album was reissued by P-Vine records in Japan in 1991, but went out of print shortly thereafter. In June 2012, the album was re-released on CD by BBR records.

Quazar from Utrecht, Amsterdam, The Netherlands, initially consisted of Gert Van Veen AKA MG ("Magic") and Erik van Putten AKA Eric Cycle. Both had played in a band before, but they were not all that successful in those days. In 1989, van Veen was a music journalist for a national newspaper, 'De Volkskrant'. He wrote some articles about "The New Dance Craze". Together with the famous resident DJ of 'The Roxy' club in Amsterdam, Eddy De Clercq and Eton Crop member Corné Bos, he produced 'Pay The Piper' A-Men

The Future is the ninth studio album by Canadian singer-songwriter Leonard Cohen, released in 1992. After touring successfully in support of his "comeback" album I'm Your Man (1988), Cohen took a year off to help his son Adam convalesce after a serious car accident in the West Indies left the young man in a coma for four months. Cohen also began a romantic relationship with the actress Rebecca De Mornay.
