Constant members since the early times are singer-guitarist Jeff Hanna and drummer Jimmie Fadden.

Bojangles" is a song written and originally recorded by American country music artist Jerry Jeff Walker for his 1968 album of the same title. Since then, it has been recorded by many other artists, including US country music band the Nitty Gritty Dirt Band, whose version (recorded for the 1970 album Uncle Charlie & His Dog Teddy) was issued as a single and rose to on the Billboard Hot 100 in 1971.

Bojangles, Mr. Bojangles Mr. Bojangles, dance. He danced for those at minstrel shows and county fairs Throughout the south He spoke through tears of 15 years how his dog and him Traveled about The dog up and died, he up and died And after 20 years he still grieves. He said "I dance now at every chance in honky tonks For drinks and tips But most the time I spend behind these county bars Cause I drinks a bit" He shook his head, and as he shook his head I heard someone ask him please.
