The Moody Blues - Go Now ! mp3 album

The Magnificent Moodies is the 1965 debut album by The Moody Blues, first released in the UK, and the first and only album featuring their R&B line-up of guitarist Denny Laine, bassist Clint Warwick, keyboardist Mike Pinder, flautist–percussionist Ray Thomas, and drummer Graeme Edge.

Lyrics to "Go Now" song by The Moody Blues: We've already said ‘Goodbye’  . Go now Before you see me cry. I don't want you to tell me Just what you intend to do now. 'Cause how many times do I have to tell you Darling, darling, I'm still in love With you now? We've already said ‘So long’ I don't want to see you go. Oh you had better go now. Go now. Go now Don't you even try telling me That you don't want me to end this way 'Cause, darling, darling, Can't you see I want you to stay? We've already said ‘Goodbye’. Since you've got to go Oh you had better go now.

December is the sixteenth and final album by The Moody Blues. The Christmas themed album released in 2003 is their first album since The Magnificent Moodies to feature covers in addition to original material. It is also their first album following Ray Thomas' retirement from the band. Don't Need a Reindeer" (Justin Hayward) – 3:59. December Snow" (Hayward) – 5:11. In the Quiet of Christmas Morning (Bach 147)" (Bach, Hayward, John Lodge) – 2:51. On This Christmas Day" (Lodge) – 3:40.

This album, which kicked around the American London Records catalog and record store browsers for decades, also fooled a couple of generations of the band's fans. This is the Moody Blues, to be sure, but it is the work of the original R&B-based lineup featuring Denny Laine on lead vocals and guitar, and Clint Warwick on bass, along with Mike Pinder (piano, organ), Ray Thomas (harmonica, vocals), and Graeme Edge (drums), who enjoyed a monster international hit with the R&. B-style single "Go Now" in 1964.

Before The Moody Blues recorded it, this was an obscure soul single for Bessie Banks, who released it in 1964. Jerry Leiber and Mike Stoller produced her recording, and it was written by her husband Larry Banks. It is a heart-rending song where the singer has just broken up with his lover, and can't bear to see her anymore. This was The Moody Blues' second single, the first being the unsuccessful "Lose Your Money. Denny Cordell produced the album 'The Magnificent Moodies'. And Justin Hayward did not perform 'Go Now', he came after that in the second Moody Blues. Camille from Toronto, OhNever heard the Bessie Banks version, but will have to look it up as so many of you are impressed with it. Camille from Toronto, OhFirst of all, I'm floored to learn that this song, which I have loved since 1965 when I was only about 8 years old, is sung by the Moody Blues!
