Cenotaph is the ninth studio album released by British musician, songwriter and producer Steven Wilson under the pseudonym Bass Communion. The album varies from the vinyl version to the CD version but primarily consists of four 20-minute tracks which according to Wilson are "closest in style to previous albums such as Ghosts on Magnetic Tape and Loss, but looser in a way"
Medical Records is very pleased to present the debut album by U/V Light. U/V Light sounds more than a bit like Cloudland Canyon at times. This is because it is the first solo, effort from Kip Uhlhorn of CC. Kip played, sang on, engineered, mixed, and collaborated with Gabby Weiss on this new recording. Eschewing standard German comparisons that CC usually receives, U/V LIGHT often sounds like either early electro or dance-pop but without the typical blueprint so commonly replicated these days. It is also not a simple continuation of Cloudland Canyon. Dance-pop seems the clearest reference point here, but Cenotaph does not have a standard dance beat feel. Recorded quickly, the record has a consistent sonic approach that makes individual tracks sound like a suite of songs. God no, it is not a rock opera, but it has a singular sonic identity which makes it differ from previous Cloudland outings.

CENOTAPH is a death metal music artist. Cenotaph is a Mexican death metal band that formed in 1988 under the name Damned Cross and would later change the name after an encounter with Asphyx - Crush the Cenotaph Demo and would become Cenotaph in 1989 a whole new behemoth that is superious and has sharper claws, smarter, than its predecessor. Like Sepultura defines Metal for Brazil, Cenotaph does so as well with Mexico. Thanks to Vehemency for the updates.
Artist: Eye Of Solitude. The Goodbye 04 – Loss.
Cenotaph, in the meantime, was working on new songs and continued the shows. In 1998 the band recorded their second album Puked Genital Purulency, at STUDIO FORTE, Istanbul. Puked Genital Purulency was released by Hammer music in MC and CD format. This album also got very well responses from local extreme music fans as well as from fans abroad. After a few months of the album’s release, CENOTAPH managed to reach a big number of fans worldwide. Puked Genital Purulency took part in many compilation cd’s, tapes and zines. The album is still counted as one of the mile stones of deathgrind.
