Gloria Estefan (Spanish: ; born Gloria María Milagrosa Fajardo on September 1, 1957) is a Cuban-American singer, songwriter, actress, and businesswoman. A contralto, she started her career as the lead singer in the group "Miami Latin Boys", which later became known as Miami Sound Machine. Estefan experienced worldwide success with "Conga" in 1985.

It cuts both ways We're in too deep for sorry alibis Can't have regrets or even question why We can't say goodbye Because it cuts both ways. No more illusions of the love we make No sacrifice would ever be too great If you would just stay. Cuts both ways Our love is like a knife that cuts both ways It's driving deep into my heart each time I see we living the lie And it cuts both ways. It cuts both ways, mmm Cuts both ways Cuts both ways. About Cuts Both Ways

Leveraging the runaway success of her previous album, Let It Loose, Gloria Estefan furthered her indulgence in spare, moody love ballads and club-ready dance-pop jams for Cuts Both Ways and scored herself another Top Ten album. The transformation of Gloria Estefan the lead singer of Miami Sound Machine to Gloria Estefan the pop star is complete here. While Let It Loose had been the first Miami Sound Machine album to co-bill Estefan (that is, "Gloria Estefan and Miami Sound Machine"), Cuts Both Ways is billed simply to the star herself.

Only 5 left in stock (more on the way). I had this CD in my collection a long time ago, but somehow lost it. I think a former roommate swiped it! I really love the song that the album is named after, and bought it again just to be able to listen, and sing along to, this song. I also love "Here We Are," "I Don't Want To Lose You," and to a lesser degree, "Your Love is Bad For M. The last track, "Si Voy a Perderte," is a Spanish version of "I Don't Want To Lose Yo.

other tracks: ! Gloria Estefan. Gloria Estefan Felicidades. Gloria Estefan You've Made Me So Very Happy. Gloria Estefan Hoy (Spanish Album Version).
