Frank Zappa - Chunga's Revenge mp3 album

Chunga's Revenge is the third solo album by Frank Zappa, released on October 23, 1970. Zappa's first effort of the 1970s marks the first appearance of former Turtles members Flo & Eddie on a Zappa record, and signals the dawn of a controversial epoch in Zappa's history.

Chunga's Revenge marks the debut of Mark Volman and Howard Kaylan (among several other musicians) with the Mothers, and while their schtick has not reached the graphic proportions it later would, the thematic obsessions of the 200 Motels period are foreshadowed on tracks like "Road Ladies" and "Would You Go All the Way?" . But while there are plenty of fine moments, Chunga's Revenge is in the end more of a hodgepodge transitional album, with less coherence than Zappa's other 1969-1970 works. Still, it will appeal to fans of that creatively fertile period in Zappa's oeuvre.

For Frank Zappa's third album of 1970, he adds Mark Volman and Howard Kaylan of the Turtles - known as Flo & Eddie - along with a few other new contributors for his next musical phase. The instrumental "Transylvania Boogie" opens things with a blazing guitar jam that illustrates Zappa's love for rock 'n' roll, before he skewers the lifestyle with the nightclub blues of "Road Ladies. While much attention is rightfully paid to Zappa's satirical work - and "Tell Me You Love Me," "Would You Go All The Way?" and "Rudy Wants.

The delightfully subversive Chunga’s Revenge is the third and final album that Frank Zappa released in 1970 – a fertile year that had already seen him issue Burnt Weeny Sandwich and Weasels Ripped My Flesh. Zappa gave it nominal solo status, but the album actually introduced a new variant on The Mothers: Jeff Simmons (bass), George Duke (keyboards and trombone), Aynsley Dunbar (drums) and the multi-talented Ian Underwood welcomed the exquisite vocals of former Turtles Howard Kaylan and Mark Volman (billed, for contractual reasons, as Flo & Eddie) to the fold.

Cleary I don't know how to add a different version instead of adding a new release. Can a mod do me a favor and delete this release and add the other one I created to the existing Chunga's Revenge master release? Thanks
