Talk Is Cheap is the debut solo album by Keith Richards of the Rolling Stones, released in 1988. Relations between Jagger and Richards had grown tense into the third decade of the Rolling Stones as they began to disagree on the musical direction of the band; "You Don't Move Me" would be written about their feud.
Keith Richards' "Talk Is Cheap" will be reissued on March 29. (BMG Rights Management). Among the album’s admirers are guitarist, singer and songwriter Bonnie Raitt, who told The Times last week: I loved that record. I love his solo work. I hope they make a big deal out of it.
