MAN ON THE MOON plays like a concept album, with the tracks sharing a theme, taking the listener through the dreams of Kid Cudi ("the man on the moon"). The songs are generally slower and more haunting sounding than the party songs that come on the radio. And Kid Cudi's lyrics are more serious and introspective. These aren't songs that I can picture being blasted at a club. I'm not much of an authority on rap/hip-hop music, but this album seems to have a more ecclectic musical feel
