Mario Prada did not believe that women should have a role in business, and so he prevented female family members from entering his company. Ironically, Mario's son harbored no interest in the business, so it was his daughter Luisa Prada who took the helm of Prada as his successor, and ran it for almost twenty years. Her own daughter, Miuccia Prada, joined the company in 1970, eventually taking over for her mother in 1978. Miuccia began making waterproof backpacks out of Pocone, a nylon fabric . She released her first set of backpacks and totes in 1979. They were made out of a tough military spec black nylon that her grandfather had used as coverings for steamer trunks.
The album has also been released on vinyl. The band supported the album with a tour, beginning a day before the release of the album and ending in 2009. This is their last studio album to feature the drummer The Rev for the full album, who died in December 2009 during the production of the follow-up album Nightmare. It was directed by . Brown, known for his collaborations with Mötley Crüe and Marilyn Manson, among many others. On September 12, 2007, the release date of the single "Almost Easy" was announced and was released six days later on September 18 to purchase via digital download. Three days before, the Keyclub revealed an animated music video for "A Little Piece of Heaven". To promote their new album, Avenged Sevenfold started their US tour on October 29, headlining in Los Angeles at The Wiltern. Their opening acts were Black Tide and Operator.
Heaven In Her Arms are a five-piece e/post-rock band from Tokyo, Japan that formed in 2004. Two full-lengths and numerous splits and EP's later, Heaven In Her Arms are definitely one of the most notable Japanese hardcore bands. Perhaps the other one of most note is the one that everybody knows (and for good reason), Envy. Pretty much all of their song and album titles were originally in Japanese, but most have English translations floating around the internet, which are below. So if you wanted the titles in Japanese, sorry about that. Thanks to the people that mentioned them in the cbox who reminded me of this amazing band, and enjoy. 1. Heaven In Her Arms - The Old World Is Behind Us & The Jailors Speak Of Freedom (Ampere cover). 2. Killie - Giugno (La Quiete cover). Erosion Of The Black Speckle (2007).

Through her work, Miuccia Prada challenges pre-conceived aesthetic patterns. Prada is an expression of society and, as such, it changes while Prada evolves accordingly. A state-of-the-art laboratory grounded on the values of instinct and cultural inclination. Conceptuality is Prada’s preferred form of expression in an intellectual commitment to good taste. An endless play of past, present and future. What is considered beauty and what’s deemed questionable are deliberately mixed in an endless play of past, present and future in which bourgeois codes are often broken down and reconstructed.
A Little Piece of Heaven" Lyrics: Before the story begins, is it such a sin, for me to take what's mine, until the end of time We were more than friends, before the story ends, And I will take what's mine, create what God would never design. Our love had been so strong for far too long, I was weak with fear that something would go wrong, before the possibilities came true, I took all possibility from you Almost laughed myself to tears(hahaha) conjuring her deepest fears (come here you fucking bitch). Must have stabbed him fifty fucking times I can't believe it Ripped his heart out right before his eyes Eyes over easy Eat it eat it eat it. Now that it's done I realize the error of my ways I must venture back to apologize from somewhere far beyond the grave.
