Born in the small village of Saint Pascal de Kamouraska in Quebec in 1959, Claire Pelletier is a Francophone singer whose career got started as a member of the folk outfit Tracadièche (a group that included members Raymond Paquet and Dan Allard). She went on to act as vocalist for a number of Quebec musicians before releasing her debut album, Murmures d'Histoire, with collaborator, composer, and husband Pierre Duchesne in 1996. She released the album Galileo in 2000, and followed that up with three tracks on the soundtrack Une Jeune Fille à la Fenêtre in 2001

Bruno Pelletier (born August 7, 1962) is a Québécois singer. Pelletier was born in Charlesbourg, a suburb of Quebec City. He later started a group called Pëll, singing in French. At 23 years old, he moved to Montreal, where he sang in bars. In 1989, he participated in the rock competition Envol, where he was awarded a special mention.
