Trying to tear me apart Breaking me down to the bone So listen closely 'Cause what you don't see Is there's still blood inside this beating heart. Still bleeding Still waiting Falling from grace You laugh in my face But you are the one who will leave with the beating. With bleeding hands I fight for a life that's beat me down Stand up and scream while the rest of the world won't make a sound

Escape The Fate Lyrics. Trying to tear me apart, Breaking me down to the bone So listen closely, 'Cause what you don't see Is there's still blood inside this beating heart. Still bleeding, Still waiting Falling from grace, You laugh in my face But you are the one who will leave with the beating. With bleeding hands I fight for a life that's beat me down Stand up and scream while the rest of the world won't make a sound.
Escape the Fate have always been a band of change. From the abrasive, hit-or-miss records "There's No Sympathy For the Dead" and "Dying Is Your Latest Fashion" to "This War Is Ours," and the self-titled album, a significant level of diversity in the music appeared. With Mabbitt as vocalist in the past two records, the band have sounded like everything from a darker Weezer to a less thrashy Bullet for My Valentine. Yes, everything the band has done. A good end to a good album. Screaming in the pre-chorus and a bit at the end. 4/5 Overall, "Ungrateful" is two steps forward for a band that have undergone ample criticism, internal turmoil and lineup changes.
According to Escape the Fate drummer Robert Ortiz, the title track of their fourth studio album, "started out as a song meant to be a middle finger to haters. However, we realized that it was important for us to make a truly powerful statement that was bigger than u. The video was directed by Frankie Nasso (Asking Alexandria, Mudvayne) and is an intense journey through the horrible cycle caused by bullying and domestic violence. Ortiz explained to Noisecreep why the band decided to name their fourth studio album after this song. 'Ungrateful' is just we've embodied everything that was wrong with us," he said. It was supposed to embody everything that we've done wrong, opportunities that just ended up being a waste of talent. So we said, 'F- that we're going to get our s- together.
LP (12" album, 33 rpm). Escape the Fate Format: Vinyl. Escape the Fate is incredibly talented band with much creativity and originality to offer the metal scene. I will first admit that I much prefer Craig as the lead singer mainly because his clean vocal skills are superior to those of Radke and his screams have come a long way on this record. I was not incredibly impressed with their self-titled record even though it displayed a desire to change, be unique, and be inventive, I just don't think they pulled it off.
