They are elected by the membership, with typically half a dozen new associates joining the Society each year

The International Watercolour Society (IWS) is the largest community where watercolour artists can exchange ideas and showcase their talents. Over the years, it has played a crucial role in popularizing watercolour painting. As an IWS Vice President, I hope to serve the society by organizing international events for artists to connect, welcome more members into our family, and to provide a platform for young artists to fulfill their creative ambitions. We hope that IWS will embody the universal values of solidarity, friendship, peace and progress! Liu Yi, Vice President.
