II is the third studio album and second non-Christmas album (hence the title) by American R&B quartet Boyz II Men, released on August 30, 1994 on Motown Records. It contained the No. 1 singles "I'll Make Love to You" and "On Bended Knee", the latter of which replaced the former at the top of the Billboard Hot 100, making the group the third artist to replace themselves at No. 1 in the United States after Elvis Presley and The Beatles and the first to achieve the feat in 30 years.

The first single was "More Than You'll Ever Know" featuring Charlie Wilson. As of September 2011, the single was the most added song to radio sets on urban adult contemporary radio stations. The album featured 13 new material songs and nine rerecorded Boyz II Men classics. It was produced Tim & Bob, Babyface, Jimmy Jam and Terry Lewis, and Teddy Riley.

In 1987, Wanya Morris, who sang in the choir along with the members of Unique Attraction, joined the group. In 1988 Baldi and Walker all left the group due to graduation and they recruited Shawn Stockman after seeing him perform a solo in the schools choir. Now with a permanent lineup of members the group would rehearse in the schools bathrooms, due to the excellent acoustics.
