Furniture - Food, Sex & Paranoia mp3 album

Food, Sex & Paranoia is the third studio album from the British new wave band Furniture, released in 1990. It was produced by Mike Thorne and would be the band's last studio album before their split in 1991.

Condition: Used: Very Good. With the 1986 UK hit Brilliant Mind, and the release of the excellent album The Wrong People, it seemed as though Furniture were on the way to success. However, their label Stiff soon went bankrupt, and the band lost their momentum trying to break free of that contract. Afterwards, they signed to Arista, releasing Food, Sex & Paranoia in 1989. Sadly, it wasn't a commercial success, and the band wound down in 1991. The undeserving lack of success, largely caused by an internal upheaval at Arista, eclipsed an excellent album which showed the band developing their sound further.

Food, Sex & Paranoia is the third studio album from the British new wave band Furniture, released in 1990. After signing to Stiff in 1986, Furniture achieved their commercial breakthrough with the single "Brilliant Mind", which reached No. 21 in the UK. However, both the follow-up single "Love Your Shoes" and the parent album The Wrong People failed to continue this success due to Stiff's financial difficulties.

In 1983, Furniture released a mini-album entitled When the Boom Was On, on the Premonition imprint of the Ealing-based Survival record label. Switching fully to Survival in spring 1984, Furniture released their second single, "Dancing the Hard Bargain", which was produced by former Blue Zoo member, Tim Parry. This time, the band signed to a major label – Arista Records. Under the new contract, the band recorded another album, Food, Sex and Paranoia, which was produced by Mike Thorne and released in February 1990. The album was notable for Whelan and Lee's growing and prominent use of instruments which were not generally used in Western pop music – such as tongue drums and the yangqin zither – which presaged their later work in Transglobal Underground. The album was preceded in October 1989 by the single "Slow Motion Kisses".

And although the band has had little success with subsequent efforts like 2000's inferior Vapor Transmission, the downward spiral continues on Punk Statik Paranoia. Tunes like "The Obvious" and "Vague" are as close as the Jay Gordon-fronted outfit comes to appealing, with a few hooks buried beneath all of the electronic metal posturing and inane lyrics.

This Team was born in Egypt and they make new style of songs Hope you like i. .
