Sugar High is the third studio album by Japanese singer-songwriter Chihiro Onitsuka, released in December 2002. The album came out only 9 months after its predecessor This Armor, and it comprises 9 tracks that were previously unreleased as the singles. The album title was quoted from the lyrics of a song sung on the American motion picture Empire Records. The first press of the album features bonus 8cm compact disc including another version of "Castle･Imitation" and its backing track.
Imported ed. Import, Remastered. The Archies first album released in 1968 has finally seen the light of day on CD with this album. The artwork is from the original front and back covers and there's a poster that folds out to show The Archies on one side and some well-written liner notes by John Tracy on the inside. The sound of all the songs is superb. If you're only familiar with a couple of the radio hits you'll be surprised at this solid collection of ear candy. The only beef might be that a few track choices weren't well thought out, lyrical themes that don't translate well once one gets beyond the age of eleven. Imagine driving down the street with something like "Seventeen Ain't Young" or "Bicycles, Roller Skates, and You" in the car stereo.
