Francesco Geminiani (Lucca, 1680 - 1762) was an Italian violinist, composer and music theorist of the Baroque era. He was a pupil of Arcangelo Corelli and Alessandro Scarlatti and he wrote the major parts of his works in England, where could enjoy some fame. Geminiani was a friend of Georg Friedrich Händel who often accompanied him on the harpsichord. Tomaso Antonio Vitali (March 7, 1663 – May 9, 1745) was an Italian composer and violinist from Bologna, the eldest son of Giovanni Battista Vitali.
Tomaso Antonio Vitali. Francesco Antonio Bonporti (11 June 1672, Trento, Italy – 19 December 1749, Padua, Italy) was an Italian priest and amateur composer. In 1691, he was admitted in the Collegium Germanicum in Rome, where he studied theology. His master of composition was Giuseppe Ottavio Pitoni and, although not confirmed, Arcangelo Corelli taught him the violin. He became a priest in Trento in 1695. In 1740 he moved to Padua, where he lived until his death in 1749.
