Between The Buried And Me - Colors mp3 album

Colors is the fourth studio album by American progressive metal band Between the Buried and Me, released on September 18, 2007 through Victory Records. Although separated in 8 tracks, Colors gives the impression of one continuous song, with transitions between each part. Colors was recorded in April through May 2007 at the Basement Studios with Jamie King as the chosen producer for it.

Through countless growing pains, Between the Buried and Me carved themselves a portrait into the hall of prog gods with Colors, an album metalheads continue to hold up as one of the most important heavy works of the century. Reviews about Between The Buried And Me - Colors (3):
GEL
The records looked really nice and thick (maybe 180g?). They reminded me of the look that Muse's "The Resistance" and Green Day's "21st Century Breakdown" have; just this really weird smooth, shiny look... like they're not even vinyls, just blank disc. Unfortunately, "Colors" has quite a bit of hiss and sounds compressed like its on FM radio. I have older Led Zeppelin & Beatles vinyls that sound quieter and better in the silent passages than this (ex: beginning of Foam Born). When the band starts, that stuff goes away, but there seems to be a boost in the higher frequencies. The snare drum, cymbals and vocals has a jump in the 10khz range and up compared to the CD. My copy also seems to have some fairly loud surface noise in the quiet sections too. I own a regular black double vinyl copy. Luckily, "Alaska" and "The Great Misdirect" sound fantastic, but with a bit of surface noise and light crackling, too.

This reviews use of such negative faggotry makes me want to disregard it entirely.

This review's use of the term 'vinyls' makes me want to disregard it entirely. My copy doesn't have any glaring issues, actually sounds quite nice. Occasionally the high end kinda planes out but that's not often at all.
