Lou Reed (rugby player). Lou Reed (born 10 September 1987) is a Wales international rugby union footballer. He currently plays as a lock for the Cardiff Blues in the Pro12 league. Reed signed for the Scarlets on a professional development contract in March 2006, but only made five appearances in the 2006–07 season. Berlin is the third solo studio album by American musician Lou Reed, released in July 1973 by RCA Records. A concept album, Berlin tells the story of a couple's struggle with drug addiction and abuse.
