Maybe it's just my copy, but this pressing is pretty bad. Several skips throughout; lots of popping, background noise; and incredibly low volume.

Album The Neon Handshake. I Can Climb Mountains Lyrics. Give me some kind of hope And give me one honest lie to promote And try to think better days when you choke When blood for profit gain wins your vote.

So, when energetic London quintet Hell is for Heroes emerged, they didn't just plug a gap – they captured imaginations. Recorded at Los Angeles' Sound City Studios, the band's debut 'The Neon Handshake' was released in February of that year. The Neon Handshake' wasn't just an anomaly in the musical landscape. At the time, bands like Vex Red and A, who will both support them on the upcoming tour, were also at the forefront of a rock revival that was sweeping the country. A little known act called Biffy Clyro were also on the come up, a thought that makes Findlay laugh. Everyone was pals back then, he says. I must have played it about 10 or even 20 times the number of times I've heard the album version. I associate it with the response we received. As Five Kids Go, the opener, is also an exciting one.

Five Kids Go. Hell Is for Heroes. 7. I Can Climb Mountains.

Taking their name from a 1962 Steve McQueen war movie, British post-hardcore band Hell Is For Heroes formed in 2000 between Will McGonagle and Joe Birch following the break-up of their previous band Symposium.

Maybe it's just my copy, but this pressing is pretty bad. Several skips throughout; lots of popping / background noise; and incredibly low volume. Shame.
Faugami
My copy sounds amazing, no skips, no pops. Maybe is only a couple of vinyls.
Nuadazius
Do indeed. Had to ship my copy from the UK to Canada, so wondering if it just took a beating somewhere inbetween. Glad yours sounds decent though!
Mr_Mole
Mine sounds great to be honest, good dynamic range and no skips. Assuming you have a good TT & cart?
