Donna Summer / The Stone Roses - I Feel Love / Fool's Gold mp3 album

The Stone Roses' official music video for 'Fools Gold'. As featured on The Very Best of the Stone Roses. The gold road's sure a long road Winds on through the hills for fifteen days The pack on my back is aching The straps seem to cut me like a knife.

Gold is one of Donna Summer's greatest hits compilations. Donna Summer's entry in Universal Music's two-disc compilation series Gold is more or less a re-release of 1993's The Donna Summer Anthology, with the most noticeable differences being the cover art and that Gold includes four of her 90's Club and R&B hits, which came out after the Anthology

The Stone Roses is the debut studio album by English rock band the Stone Roses. It was recorded mostly at Battery Studios in London with producer John Leckie from June 1988 to February 1989 and released in May of that year by Silvertone Records. The Stone Roses was not an immediate success, but grew popular with the band's high-profile concert performances, which also helped establish them as fixtures of the Madchester and baggy cultural scenes.

I Feel Love" is a song by Donna Summer, taken from her 1977 concept album I Remember Yesterday. The song originally symbolised the 'future' segment of the album, which loosely depicted a musical trip through time. The title track of the I Remember Yesterday album represented the 1940s, "Love's Unkind" the 50s, "Back in Love Again" the 60s, while the album concluded with the futuristic "I Feel Love". Love to Love You Baby.

Since the Stone Roses were the nominal leaders of Britain's "Madchester" scene - an indie rock phenomenon that fused guitar pop with drug-fueled rave and dance culture - it's rather ironic that their eponymous debut only hints at dance music. What made the Stone Roses important was how they welcomed dance and pop together, treating them as if they were the same beast. Equally important was the Roses' cool, detached arrogance, which was personified by Ian Brown's nonchalant vocals. Brown's effortless malevolence is brought to life with songs that equal both.

Reviews about Donna Summer / The Stone Roses - I Feel Love / Fool's Gold (2):
It is a pretty decent pressing too.
This is a pressing of two of the most important dance records of all time. The 16 min Patrick Cowley mix of I Feel Love is pure genius and the full version of Fool's Gold united the house and indie alike.
