Jacques Berrocal is an avant-garde musician, composer & a master trumpeter active during the 70s and the Godfather of French Underground. Berrocal's Artaudian theatre style, combines the excesses of punk and coldwave to a 1968 Situationist perspective. His complex style is layered with savage improvisations and interspersed sounds swerving on a structured stratosphere.

Jacques Berrocal Paralleles Record Label: Alga Marghen Jacques Berrocal has been very active since the beginning of the 1970s. Parallèles features very different styles; acoustic solo and duo for trombone and cornet as well as a large ensemble 25 minutes long piece dedicated to the Futurist Russolo (again, two years later, Steven Stapleton dedicated his first Nurse With Wound record to the same Italian artist). Also to mention are "Post-Card", recorded in a Pigsty in 1976, and the legendary "Rock'n'roll Station", a mini-concert for voice (Vince Taylor), double bass (Roger Ferlet) and bicycle (Jac Berrocal).
